@sandyfika2201 but you had a semblance of parity with your male colleagues. Now imagine that was your boss the man that had absolute power over your job and it doesn't matter how hard you worked or how good you were if you said one thing against him you're out the door and blacklisted from ever doing that job again. You were in a privileged position and that's great for you but not all women get that break

why she waited was probably the same reason most women don't report abuse. She was worried she would get fired from her job that she spent years building up and cultivating. Being forced to relive the experience by many many men that do everything they can to make her sound like a liar or crazy person not to mention the fact that her name would be slung through the mud and everyone would absolutely hate her and send her rape and death threats. You don't think that's a possibility just ask me about my life sometime?

@AdamtheRed- I said that cuz in her specific case that was true in her life. But that doesn't mean that's true in every woman's life. It's so easy to just look at your experiences and say why are people complaining when you have no frame of reference to what they are complaining about.

@AdamtheRed- I totally get that when I worked as a server I walked out of the restaurant before I was forced by my manager to apologize to the guy that sexually assaulted me. I get where she was coming from but I also know that my experience isn't every woman's experience.

@AdamtheRed- it's not horrible I used my experience and the money I saved up to start my own business. So the asshole manager did me a favour but again not every woman gets that opportunity and just cuz that's what I did doesn't mean I think other women are less than me cuz they can't do it.

no one criticized the ads they just said that nothing will happen to cuomo unless advertisers pull the plug. Any business in the entertainment industry lives or dies by ads main stream media as well as youtube

again that's great for you but what about the 18 year old college student getting her first job and being pursued by her 40 year old boss. She needs that job to help pay down her student loans and put some food on her table and if she loses it cuz she won't put out that means she goes hungry. Is that fair at all and does just being bold save her from being fired and going hungry?

@sandyfika2201 the reason it's not popular is cuz you are only looking at your own experience and not at all taking into account anyone else besides hey I did it so why can't you? We don't need to teach young girls to be tougher we need to teach young men that woman aren't just around to be their playthings. Until that happens or unless men no longer find themselves in positions of power nothing will change.

tyt reports on what they know and don't go into wild speculation. She felt threatened that's what was reported and that's what they stated how is that wrong in any way. The fact that he wrote an apology note to her husband (not her btw) shows that what she said was more than likely true.

@SPIDERVENOM1000 really where did you get that idea? tyt usually praises chris for being one of the few cnn anchors that routinely feature progressives and gives them room to talk and not just shut them down when they say something he doesn't like? Sure they have criticized him in the past but have given him much more praise than condemnation
