He is the president of the united states thus because he's such an important political figure and "public servant" I fully understand why twitter really can't block him. But that does go both ways as well cuz early on in his presidency he kept blocking people that questioned him and twitter told him that because of his position and status now that he's president he can not block anyone from his twitter account.
