because that was his third infraction. It wasn't an isolated case in which yes most gamers would have forgiven him for since we all know how emotional you get in an online game. Slaw did you watch the video? Twice they showed him using the word in game and the one he got in trouble for was when he used it on his personal channel. Meaning he had no emotional reason to use a racist slur. Yes there was also alot of antisemitism which is horrible in and of itself. So firing out a racial slur to just anyone that happens to be around without even knowing anything about them is the same as saying a sexist slur to a specific person that you can see and specifically pissed you off? It was a political decision. Even they didn't really feel that Cenk deserved that and didn't want to kick him out but just the fact that he is on their board it gave the right fodder to use against the JD's And since it's their first election they have to go in almost perfectly squeaky clean. It sucks and it was definitely unfair but that's how politics works sometimes.
