  1. gantmj Just because the US didn't sign it, it's still been proclaimed illegal by the UN by a majority vote. Which means as long as the US is part of the UN they still have to abide by it's rules. Turkey didn't sign the Geneva accords but in warfare they still have to abide by the rules of war or they get tried.
