I'm sorry to say this but I don't think even bernie can fix this mess. The US has a history of electing horrible people then good people (bush jr then obama then trump) You are just too back and forth on your leadership and it scares everyone because when you get a good person in everyone is terrified of who comes in next and how much damage they will do. I think it's going to take a few elections of non morons as president before the international community will start to welcome you back in because they are more secure in the stability of american politics. That's just my opinion on this I could be wrong.
