Put this blame on the owner ...the dog should have been on a leash. the cop shouldn't have to wait until the thing is gnawing on their leg to find out if it's friendly or not. the one video on YouTube is a pitbull and it walks up with his tail wagging all friendly and the second it was in reach the thing turned on him so I don't want to hear the wagging tail excuse
