  7. Why do people assume every mean dog is abused? My girlfriend's mother treats her dog like her own child and that dog was just inherently aggressive since day one and she bought it when it was a puppy

  11. she looks alot like my sons cat but we unfortunately have to get rid of him soon. for 7 years he's been an ideal cat but for some unknown reason on 3 different occasions with no provocation he just went nuts and attacked my son(attacked my son once and my gfs mother twice) and luckily my girlfriends mother was there the first time and she had to dive on my son to cover him and she had to get 10 stitches on her head.

  16. we had a dog that did the same thing. he wouldn't walk past an invisible line in the kitchen also were fairly sure he was stolen to be used as a bait dog after thefts of dogs spiked.

This reminds me of a bird that used to follow me around when I was a teenager and worked at a pet store. the owner handed the bird over and we just assumed that I must look like the owner becauae he would do whatever he had to do to be with me. he would follow me around the entire store. if he was on his perch and there are people in between me and him he would jump on their shoulders and LeapFrog until he got to me

  23. Tell that to my girlfriend's mom's dog she treats that thing like it's her own child and he for no good reason is aggressive. She brought him to a multiple trainers and they could not get him to stop and she had him since he was a puppy so there is no abuse history

  34. ok my girlfriends moms dog is friendly 99% of the time but every once in a while for no reason what so ever it just snaps. he will walk up to you with its tail wagging then you reach to pet and he will snarl and snap at you and possibly charge! so just seeing a dog being friendly doesn't automatically mean they're story is false
