My Father Here in Philadelphia was finally fired from the postal service and arrested because he is an alcoholic and he used to be a functioning one but he no longer was so instead of delivering mail he would just take his giant bag of mail and just stick it in his garage or trunk of his car and he was eventually caught and charged

  3. Restitution is an absolute joke! When I was 12 years old here in Philly I was jumped by five grown men with baseball bats left in a coma and half of my skull is now metal and my mother was awarded restitution and the guy who was caught hasn't paid a single dime and there's nothing she can do about it

You ain't kidding my dad was a mail carrier and multiple times he was found drunk on the job and each time they sent him to rehab and and eventually instead of delivering his mail he would just take it and stick it in his garage or trunk of his car which led to federal charges after they found over 20k pieces of mail which is the only reason they had to fire him
