My dude. You decide to respond to a months-old comment, not realizing that whatever the issue was was long finished, in your vain attempt to "discredit" my argument. You're one sad, little man.

Why American suburbs in particular?
2
@TheProcrastinator6 Ok.
2
@KyurekiHana Not really true anymore.
2
@aryanbhuta3382 But how likely would the latter be? The vast majority of people moving out of places like NYC, have been moving to other urban areas. Even the traditional American suburb is becoming denser going to the future. So I could imagine a world of remote workers in densely-packed urban and suburban centers.
2
Craig F. Thompson Not really.
2
timmmahhhh Can't you show me yourself?
2
@Evan at Home No need to mandate specific architecture styles.
2
I disagree. Much of U.S. zoning is already built upon state and national guidelines.
2
@puggzsley Don't most states operate under some version of Dillion's Rule?
2
@luciferangelica Here is a video of what the community grid may look like that was recently releashed to the public by NYDOT: https://youtu.be/wDdDmJYym6g.
