  1. No one should be allowed to make a profit greater than 1.0% per year by selling their home or business real estate. If the home costs $400,000- then it can't be sold for more than $404,000- after one year; $408,000- after the second year, etc.. This is fair, just and equitable.

  2. Equity means no one can raise prices more than 1% per year. Government must step in and establish Boards of Monitor, Control and Equity. We must all end up in the same place. Wealthy people must surrender an equitable portion of their property for the greater good.

  3. Federal agents must be allowed access to all homes every 2-3 years to inventory the contents and insure no one has excess luxury items. No home should have more than 2 tvs or laptops each. No household should have more than 2 cars. We 'll need many more Federal agents.
