  4. If 5,000 or 10,000 people proceed identically(i.e. deduct expenses) but the D.A. campaigns on going after just 1 celebrity/political opponent for his own vendetta/reason then that's called targeted/selective prosecution.

  5. .... years ago politicos said they were going to 'get Trump'. They proudly made this pledge a centerpiece of their respective campaigns. Alan Dershowitz even wrote a best seller called "Get Trump". If this isn't selective/targeted prosecution then I'm the Easter Bunny.
