  1. Don't visit NYC. It could be dangerous to your life and health. If you live there consider moving. It's a lawless area. Without the legal concept of self defense you're helpless.

  2. This is a revenge/social type prosecution. On its face Mr. Penny was justified. The D.A. wants to warn every possible victim the following message: When you see crime in NYC turn away, dont help others, surrender and turn over your money, etc., etc.. - Or else.
