  3. Dems truly have a funny or fraudulent way of thinking..... Notice the witness says "I think over time once....." @ 0:24 "Over time" could mean over 2 to 3 years btw. He doesn't say "I know". - So he's got an 'out' - his personal opinion is not a fact or affirmation under oath.
