  1. Since when did Dr. Fuchi join the Supreme Court ? That's news to me. Is he now a constitutional scholar ? Will the Executive branch now usurp the Judiciary ? Btw.... In America if you disagree with a ruling you appeal to a higher Court. Or does the Doctor 'not trust the courts' now ....
