  1. The perils of city life eat away at all aspects of urban society. Those cops might be very good fathers, sons, husbands, etc. but their job being part of the Scorpion Unit probably ate at them. They need psychiatric help and counseling obviously.

  2. We need more qualified and competent police. We need more jails too so that our neighborhoods are safer. These Memphis police acted like they're suffering from battle fatique/take no prisoners, etc.. If cities get safer cops won't act like they're a in a battle zone.
