  1. I'll take heat for this but.... All Federal elected employees and Supreme Cout Justices need an immediate 50% pay raise. Like them or not or their party or not, they need to take home more. They shouldn't have to scrounge around for housing and ammenities. -- We're only talking about less than 600 employees btw.

  2. 1,500 dollars a month seems fair for a 400 square foot bedroom plus use of a kitchen and laundry room occassionally(Probably only 15 days a month). McCarthy's from California. Btw.... If a famous person(sports or politics, etc.) stays in your home that usually increases the value of your property(a selling point).
