  3. I know what I saw. He got up and ran(with no handcuffs). - White or black if he had just complied and not litigated all the probable cause issues on the steet he could have lived to maybe enjoy a few million dollars if he just relaxed and followed their directives.

  4. ** Update - I didn't see the 2nd tape/from the lamp pole until today. Yes, the police went too far after they caught up with him. They used extreme and excessive force.
