  1. The Dems can lie 24/7 and easily get away with it. Half their constituency don't follow the news and a quarter of them don't even know what day of the month it is..... A third think their congressman's a senator even. So when Dem representatives say something doesn't exist a large portion of their constituency believes them. They're their news source.
