  1. The SCOTUS will take this up. It may void the statute altogether and also rule. - There is no victim and there are no damages. ✅ No bank, financier or insurance company has sued Trump for damages or claimed Aggrieved Status, etc..

  2. If there were actual damages it would be the difference between say 6% interest payments versus 5% interest payments on a loan and the banks would say that's what they were entitled too. But they're not suing. 😊
