  1. This is disgraceful. Defund certain colleges and scholarship funds. It's obvious colleges have too much money and time on their hands. Take away 25% of their funding and cut back on donations. - Senator Rubio makes good points btw. 🇺🇲

  2. Excepting for medical/dental school get rid of economic based scholarships and grants. Scholarships only for the most qualified.
