  1. My theory: Dems are saying - Give us DC/PR statehood, end the filibuster, end the Electoral College, give us DACA and 2 Supreme Court picks or we'll open the Border. Repubs are saying - Go ahead and open the Border which will tick off most Americans and cause a backlash against Dems.
