  3. The VP is not an intelligent woman. She cannot speak proper English which is why she's ridiculed. But I've watched and listened to her and the common thread is she has no command of grammar, person or tense. Joe Biden when lucid at least speaks proper English. * (I know, I know - never use "but" to start a sentence but I couldn't resist). 😅
