  1. It's been over 5 years* and he never hid like a fugitive out of view, etc.. He was visible every single day. *Statute of Limitations in NY is 5 years for a felony and 2 years for a misdemeanor, just saying.

  2. Some states may not allow him to be on the ballot while charged with a felony I've heard.
