  1. - The Dem plan: Get 15 million more migrants in here in 4 years; about a 30% will go back maybe (?). After that(in 2025) Trump can only throw out about 1 million a year so..... It's a net gain for Dems. It's a matter of numbers and appeases a Dem/Left voting base.
