  1. The fence is window dressing and a little too late regardless. Intelligence will know if there's another mass movement to the area. Treasury/Secret Service and the FBI have their ways and means to detect danger brewing; they're pretty sharp. Heck January 6 was broadcasted. - Btw...too bad we don't use razor wire fences at our Southern Border. 😕
