  1. Btw.... In New York she's not convicted until sentenced. Technically she's been found guilty and is awaiting sentence. 😊 - I still feel badly for her and all police, Dems/urban youth will not comply with police directives. You fight the lawfulness of the arrest later, etc.. (No one here listens to me anyway so it'll fall on deaf ears lol).

  2. 60 days in jail and 5 years probation or 1 year in jail. High chance of reversal on appeal and bail pending appeal. Imho. Her actions were a mistake.
