  1. If I was a Landlord I'd demand 2-3 months rent deposit and only rent high end condos and set rent at $3,000 to $5,000- a month. I would never rent low-end. That's a sucker move.

  2. Dems are kowtowing to the Radical Left. A lot of Landlords are broke and have families to support. This is a sign of a Marxist/Communist society where private rights are subjugated to the will of the State. ....I'm not a Landlord nor would I ever ever consider being one.
