  1. So now the disparities in school districts will grow even more. Suburban kids will have more chances to attend Harvard, Amherst, Dartmouth, Yale, Penn, Williams, Duke, Columbia, Skidmore, MIT, etc.. - Ivies will just pass over certain High School grads en masse.
