  1. If you're told a bushel contains 110 apples and the seller specifically represents that - but the bushel only contains 75 apples..... did you overpay ? - Whether intentional or not was there a material misrepresentation ?

  2. Elon will probably win here. A full forensic has serious implications. Besides if Twitter is really worth that much then they should have no real damages. They can fetch that price via alternative buyers, etc.. Elon's done his homework. This could also expose Twitter to advertisers - Maybe they overpaid for ad space etc.(?)/Fewer real viewers (?)
