  2. The law will be ruled unconstitutional and an incursion into Federal authorit which regulates Interstate standards, trade and transportation. - Btw. Starting in 2025 no American can be more than 10 pounds overweight. Tattoos will also be banned in New York and New England. 😉

  3. Even Justices Kagan and Sotomayor are salivating to get this case before them and write a certain unanimous decision. Lawyers for GM, Toyota and Mercedes will gear up but wait for 6 more years before they sue(if they even need to)(Congress may act in 2023).
