  1. The Supreme Court is just waiting for this case to come before it. i.e. Imagine a law reading you must eat a salad every day. Newsome is showboating. We're a free nation free to choose, etc.. The law also violates the Interstate Commerce Commission Act/rules btw.

  4. Notice how Liberals put these illegitimate bills way off in time when they may actually be out of office. The Courts generally don't rule on speculation, they need an actual victim to sue. Dems and Libs count on that, you really can't sue until you're actually hurt. ...GM, Ford, Toyota, VW, Mercedes, etc. will wait and see and sue later....

  8. But you haven't addressed the Court/legal issues, freedom of choice, mandatory behavior, etc. even if it's `just in that state`. Otherwise you ask multiple questions.
