  3. Years ago President O. said to Jorgé Ramos(Univisíon) 'I can't just grant amnesty to migrants, it's unconstitutional, the Courts will reverse it, I can't just waive a wand', etc., etc.. - A year or 2 later he granted amnesty to hundreds of thousands(via E.O.). ✅ This is why we need the Courts.

Many on the Right feel the Left encroaches on our Bill of Rights too much i.e. speech, arms, association, religion, etc., etc. so we have an impulsive reaction to counter with more conservative Justices. Remember Dems said they would transform society.

  6. Last year President Biden proposed/established the Board of Disinformation to screen unwarranted and dangerous speech, etc.. It was withdrawn but you see where Liberals want to take us. If they could they'd revive John Adam's 'Alien and Sedition Act'(1798).
