  1. This issue has 2 sides but to me the 14th was meant for the newly freed slaves and lawful residents as a result of the Civil War. That's one view however I'm not a judge but there is a basis and history to this... the 14th was enacted around the Civil War - not around the Biden Administration.

  2. I think Trump wins on this 6-3 or 5-4 in the Supreme Court. The history, speeches and writings around the enactment of the 14th Amendment will support his position.
