  3. Dems are cagey. 10% of the nation's population reside in the New York City - Los Angeles metropolitan areas. I think 38% or 40% of our population resides in the other top 30 or 40 metropolitan areas i.e. Philly, Dallas, Chicago, Baltimore, New Orleans, Detroit, etc.. So Dems aim to control these 40 areas via education, city boards, etc..
