  1. If Coastal Elites would like to start an independent charity where only Dems contribute funds for these purposes I have no problem with this concept whatsoever. A charity can handle the details. Let me propose each Dem contribute 1,000 to 20,000 or 30,000 dollars each per annum depending on their AGI. - NYS has the bucks too.

NYS already has HEAP(heating assistance) and no one can be evicted for the last ten+ months either, plus full ACA plus Welfare plus free food, lawyers, dentists, doctors, school supplies, backpacks, hygiene supplies, medicines, hospital visits, school lunches, dinners, Toys for Tots, free meals, tutoring, etc., etc.. The Bronx is in NYC/NYS.
