  1. Yes, AA is on the chopping block. I don't care what color a surgeon is so long as he or she's very qualified. I don't want a surgeon who became a doctor primarily on demographics. ....or a dentist or a pilot or a CPA or a lawyer or plumber or electrician, etc..
