  2. We must defund college scholarships and grants except for the most Qualifed and needy. No more funding of these Liberal Apparatchik factories. Also we should pay certain students to tape lectures of a suspicious nature and then turn these tapes over to an oversight commission.

  3. The FBI should pay students a small stipend to report on their professors who teach Radical or violent ideas and/or we can install tape recording devices in all college and high school classrooms.

  5. Btw.... I read and heard these tactics were used by the Federal government in the 1960s and 70s at major universities where radicals lectured violence so the concept isn't really new or Orwellian, etc.. Teachers who attract this kind of attention merit oversight and added scrutiny.
