  1. Layoffs will accelerate. Dining out and tipping will drop, so will clothing and furniture purchases. People will cut back somewhere, some way and somehow. Cable, phone and internet, entertainment, travel, hotels, sporting equipment, auto repairs, brakes, tires, etc., etc.. - There'll be a crunch time coming.

  2. Oil is our lifeblood and will continue to be so until EVs can go 1,000 to 2,000 miles a charge. 230 miles won't cut it except for local errands. Our friends who have electric have 3 or 4 cars. (BMW, M.B. etc., gasoline). - The future and competition will dictate our mode of power and energy not Progressives and the Left. Farmers need diesel still.
