  2. If you want to lose weight start off by eating 1 toasted bagel per day with jelly(no butter) for 3 days and walk 40 minutes per day at least. If you want that candy bar go get it otherwise you'll drive yourself crazy. --- If your stomach growels ignore it, that's a good sign it's shrinking.
