  1. This is proof positive California and New York will remain Blue and they're both lawless states. Newsome will keep winning and so will criminal actors. - Governors love population drops. It's easier and cheaper to campaign. Successful people are a pain and a threat to Dem cities.

  2. If the population of a city or state drops 10% the Mayor or Governor gets paid the same. He or she has fewer voters to impress and they exert more control over people on public assistance. Wealthy/successful people are more demanding and influential. - Dems want people poor and needy.
