  1. Even politicians can sue for libel and slader under certain extreme circumstances. These judgements of purposeful torts cannot be discharged in bankruptcy either.

  2. I smell lawsuits bigly, real bigly if by chance this ever happens. Possibly one could sue the individual students also (?) -- As an aside I think members of Congress have blanket immunity when they speak from the well/floor of either House (?). They can speak their opinions and express themselves freely, etc..
