  1. "How can I help you ?" @ 1:25. - You must be kidding. ....I don't think a PhD from MIT, Brown or Penn could've de-escalated this dangerous situation. It took 3 or 4 people to hold him down, etc.. - This is 'Justification'. Good samaritans should'nt be punished.
