  2. If you live in Manhattan, Queens or Brooklyn you rarely own a car. A permanent garage/parking space rents for about $1,000- to $2,000-/month. A single parking spot near Beacon Hill in Boston goes for about $150,000- to $225,000- purchase price. ....This is a big reason the urban Dems hate the automobile. They're used to mass transit, etc.. This taints their approach to fossil fuels. On the other hand their approach helps lead to overcrowding and plague. - Some actually believe delis and stores produce food, not farmers.
