  1. College is a business. A business of selling delayed adolescence at the taxpayers expense. In New York state educators salaries help propel the economy(they're so extravagant/generous, etc.). They have the local newspapers blackmailed even.

  2. In many cases the wealthiest people we know are are building, electrical and plumbing contractors, franchisees(fast food), property owners, entrepreneurs, mall owners, car dealers, etc., etc.... Of course there are some doctors, CPAs and lawyers sprinkled in there.
