  1. At $30,000 a year($15/hr.) many many 16 year olds will drop out of school and buy a new or used car. They want to have fun(and I can't blame them)(especially in upstate N.Y., W. Va, Al., Wi., Vt., Ky, Oh., etc.) I hear a lot of college grads can't get jobs above $40,000/year so why bother getting more education. -- Every 16 year old wants a car.
