  1. Members of congress who are licensed attorneys are under a code of ethics not to attack the Courts yet I've seen a lot of this going on by Democrat attorneys. - Can someone explain ?

  2. I thought the ulimited free speech protection only applied while speaking from the House or Senate floor/the well of congress.

  3. The code of ethics for lawyers is separate from criminal law. It's a disciplinary/civil aspect not under government control.
