  1. Of course - the Northeast would love to have all decent moderates and conservatives move out of their states. They'll have fewer people to control and appease. Crime and Liberality will continue to fester in those areas and more and more law abiding people will move South. It's a win-win for them.

  2. The New York City and Los Angeles metropolitan areas contain 10% of the American voters. Dems love their "Urban Strategy". It's streamline and efficient.
