  1. Food service is/was the #10 industry in New York State. Restaurants in Albany and Manhattan are now dropping like flies in November. Many don't serve lunch anymore and many only run from 4 pm to 9 or 10 pm. Even the best restaurants. Covid hurt them, now inflation is killing them.
