  1. This is disgraceful and a pathway to fraud and undo influence. What happens in New York City affects Albany, Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo. This is also a slap in the face to our good Black folks/citizens of New York City and New York State. Noncitizens will replace Black Americans in elected offices. You'll see.
