  1. Laughing regularly is an acquired behavior. She obviously got positive and staggered reinforcement by this repeated behavior even in serious times. It works for her I guess and 'ditzy' is often overlooked/accepted. ....The Bobbie [McFarren] raggae song "Don't worry be happy" is relevant here, also a famous Indian guru urged this attitude-(M. Baba).
